Moskon Gelu Lapusneanu

Tattoo artist, mentor and the visionary behind International Tattoo Fest Iași. For 16 editions Moskon Gelu has built a stage where Romanian and global ink culture meet — turning Iași into one of Eastern Europe's most respected tattoo capitals.

Contest Regulations

The Rules

Read carefully before signing up. These rules apply to every artist entering the official Tattoo Fest Iași contests.

Number of Entries

01Each tattoo can enter a maximum of 2 categories.
02In the two categories, one of them must be BEST OF DAY.
03Only on Sunday, 3 categories are allowed.
04Out of the 3, two must be BEST OF DAY and BEST OF SHOW.

Accepted

All tattoos must be done during the festival.

Not Accepted

Tattoos with the line made outside the festival.
Tattoos made outside the festival.
Totally healed tattoos.

The main attraction
