1. Festival admission
By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you accept these terms and our Code of Conduct. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone violating the rules, without refund.
2. Image rights
The venue is filmed and photographed for promotional purposes. Entering the venue constitutes consent for your image to appear in non-commercial festival promotion.
3. Tattoo procedures (medical disclaimer)
Tattooing is a permanent body modification carrying inherent risks (infection, allergic reaction, scarring). All clients must be 18+, sober, and able to provide valid ID. Each artist will require you to sign an informed consent form. The organizer is not liable for outcomes of tattoo sessions performed at the festival — your contract is directly with the artist.
4. Artists & vendors
Participating artists and vendors must hold valid sanitary authorization, insurance and tax registration. Each artist is independently responsible for their work, equipment and compliance.
5. Prohibited items
Weapons, illegal substances, professional recording equipment without press accreditation, and outside food/drink are not allowed inside the venue.
6. Force majeure
In case of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, government order), the organizer will communicate refund or rescheduling options promptly.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Iași, Romania.
